I think four or five more people watching would have helped speed the job up.

Everyone's just standing around watching. They must be Management.

You need to use a bucket that has a smooth leading edge. Don’t use one with teeth. The smooth edge bucket can scrap the liner without damaging it

They operate and supervise the crusher and whole assembly while it is in normal operation, so they are on unintended break. That doesn't mean at all anything is badly organized or anything...

I also think that hopper needs steeper slope on it, that's just my opinion.

The sides are intentionally less steep than the angle of repose to cushion impacts. Fine-grained material collects on the sides and rocks hit that fine-grained cushion instead of impacting the hopper itself. The impact also slows the rocks, so they hit the spider with less force.

This operator is horribly slow with a lot of unnecessary motions with the bucket.

I'd think the dirt actually protected those crash plates thus less wear and tear and money spent.

A long reach excavator with smooth bucket would be the best choice, and I would have started cleaning at the bottom first then work my way up, nice job anyhow.

Get rid of the ripper bucket. Put a smooth bucket on that machine and just push material down hill. You could also start at the bottom and go side to side working your way up allowing the material to fall using gravity.

Install a vibratory system in the chute and cleaning like this will not be as often

What they need is a bulldozer blade that can mount on a excavator it would be more efficient and the operators could see better 😊

One of the better cleaning videos I have seen. Would be more efficient if you changed the bucket to a smooth blade and not a ripper

Must be India or near by. You can see that cause 3 bosses with hand in pockets watch the scene with no knowledge what going on and ten worker just stand around and be fascinated from the Maschine. And at least an operator who handle the excavator like it’s his first day

Very interesting when 1 man is working and 10 men are watching the excavator with excitement🤑🥵🤣 Incorrect design of the system, tons of material have to be filled up again in order to restore the grinder so that material slips into the crusher again,🤑🤣

@@josephveksenfeld5344he probably is a truck loader and not used to working in a confined area. It’s much harder than loading trucks especially if those standing around are all bosses/management

The person running the machine had to be new. I would have had that done much faster.
