Unglaublich, mit welch eeeendloser Geduld und Akribie, aber auch mit welchem Fachwissen hier zu Werke gegangen wird. Was mich besonders beeindruckt, ist "das Auge" , mit dem Thomas die Realität erfasst und sie bei der Schöpfung seiner Dioramen 1:1 wiedergibt. Das hat mich doch tatsächlich dazu veranlasst, als Rentnerin mein altes Hobby aus Jugendtagen wieder aufzunehmen. Damals habe ich mit Plakafarben und Sprühlack eine halbe Waterloo-Armee zusammengepinselt. Dank Thomas und KZread weiß ich nun, dass das auch besser geht und bin gerade dabei, mir die Grundausstattung für mein altes Hobby zu beschaffen. An den Bau von Dioramen werde ich mich wohl nicht herantrauen, habe aber einen guten Freund, der so was macht für seine Modelleisenbahn. Da wird sich sicher eine Form von Zusammenarbeit finden lassen. Danke an Thomas, dass er meine alte Lieber wiederbelebt hat.

Thomas mein Freund. Das Ergebniss gibt dir Recht. Dein Panzer IV ist super gelungen. Die kleinen Laufrollen bemalen ich immer vom Panzer getrennt, auf Holzstäbchen. Ich finde durch das drehen der Stäbchen in der Hand, lässt sich das Gummi der Laufrolle einfacher bemalen. Ich bin schon echt gespannt wie es weiter geht und was für Soldaten du einsetzten wirst. Hallo, ich finde das ist eine Frechheit, dass Sie anfangs vom Modell reden/schreiben und dann aber am Schluss Originalbilder aus dem Internet als "fertiges" Modell präsentieren! ;-) Hut ab dafür!! Immer wieder lehrreich und begeisternd zugleich. Freue mich schon auf den nächsten Part :)

Remarkable and Awesome work!...In no way can paint my road wheels like that...age, eye sight and coffee....I have to use a templet.

Uiuiui ... mitten in der Woche - und dann sowas :) Hast mir (uns) wieder schöne 30 Minuten beschert - eigentlich mehr, manchmal muss man sich das echt zwei Mal ansehen. Der Pz IV sieht unglaublich aus. Alleine vor dem weißen Hintergrund wirkt er schon fantastisch; ich bin gespannt, wie er im fertigen Diorama wirkt. Ja, @Daniil , würde mich auch interessieren... @Thomas: wie lange hat der Zusammenbau mit dem Bemalen und verwittern gedauert? LG Marcus

Sehr schoen geworden.. aber das ist man ja von dir gewohnt. Habe deine technick mit dem "nass in nass" bei meinem letzten projekt auch versucht. Ich muss sagen, auch wenn es mir noch nicht 100% gelungen ist, das ergebnis war schonmal viel versprechend. Wieviel Figuren bekommt das Dio denn?

yes I mix with water, I keep the color always thin, so I get along great, you have a lot of time to process

For metal trucks you can use cu2+ ions solution(cuso4 for example), it will make steel looks like an old metal

it is pewter (~90% tin) not steel, this would make it look like copper. There is something else that will darken it considerably, FeSO4 maybe ? painting is less hassle in both cases?

Hi Thomas. Some of the text in this video was hard to read with White on white background. But if you can give the text a black outline, it will show up much better on a lighter background. Amazing video. Very inspiring

Es wieder ein Kunstwerk im Entstehen. Mal einen Vorschlag: Zeige doch mal, wo die unterschiedlichen Dioramen gelandet sind? Z. B.die Ludendorff-Brücke oder das Stalingrad-Diorama. Es wäre schade, wenn solche Arbeiten in irgendeiner Ecke verstauben und sich keiner an deinen meisterhaften Arbeiten erfreuen kann.

Hallo Thomas, mal wieder genial umgesetzt sowohl in der Kreativität als auch in der Umsetzung. So jemand wie du sucht seinesgleichen. Ich gehe davon aus, dass die Ketten nicht zum Bausatz gehören.
