Ou plutot, un maire (magistrat) qui etablit un budget annuel de refection des rues et en consequence etablit comme aux Etats-Unis ou au Canada des TAXES annuelles immobilieres ( en pourcentage de la valeur immobiliere de la propriete) . taxes qui serviront a la refection et l entretien des rues.

Mon quartier était beau aussi, par contre on pouvait trouver des salons funéraires, des dépanneurs 🍫🍬🍮🍭🍾🍺pour acheter des friandises ou autres choses. Des marketts, des 🏨⛲🏤🏩🏯🏰💒à Belleville apparemment; il y a pas pas de dépanneurs ( boutique ) bistrots... À part ça c'est un super beau quartier tout comme mon ancien "Pacot" ...

I was born into a wealthy family and upon visiting Haiti for the 1st time was told my family had connections and the area in which my family owned homes I rarely saw the slums of Haiti except when our driver picked us up. The harsh reality is some are born into a certain class and their wealth provides certain privileges others wish they had. My family had a home in Belleville equiped with maid quaters a gardner and a driver and growing up my cousins and I would socialize with other upperclass children in the area.

Même dans un quartier aussi huppé il y a un vaurien qui enfreint la loi en dévalorisation... On devrait mettre une loi en vigueur contre tous ces malpropres qui laisse leurs maisons sans peinture. Qu'on commence a donné une amende salé à ces vautours...

Les églises aussi doivent se mettre debout partout dans les capitales du monde, des grandes et petites villes et villages car la corruption est partout donc la misère et la souffrance des peuples s'accroît. Peut-être qu'[on] n'a pas encore pardonné à Haïti d'avoir pris son indépendence sans demander l'autorisation aux maîtres des puissances coloniales capitalistes et en avance sur les autres, ce pourquoi le pays est depuis longtemps paralysé - mais pas pour tout le monde.

Il manque juste les panneaux de signalisation
