Was KW's serve on match point a screen serve? I think KW surprised the receiving team in any event, but their failure to react in time may also have been caused by the serve passing so close to KW. What do you think? Was it a screen serve or not?

If it was singles, yes. In doubles, serving to the middle meant the guy on the right could see the ball hit the front wall and come back down the middle. He knew it was a good serve, he just wasn't ready for it. He snoozed, he losed.
