We've all heard presentations about the importance of DEI. In this powerful talk, Carin Taylor shares why belonging is the focus of her DEI strategy and the most important piece of the DEI discussion. She outlines the key ingredients needed to belong and how to create them. Carin Taylor is the chief diversity officer at Workday, a leader in enterprise cloud applications for finance and human resources. Within her role, Carin has global responsibility for the development and execution of the company’s DEI&B (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging) strategy. In her session she’ll describe this strategy in greater detail, highlighting why belonging is a key focus to her as a leader. I always smile and say hello, and ask them where they have come from, when I don't know them at a meeting, so that we have something to chat about. I am always aware that even though I may be comfortable at meetings, where I don't know anyone, many other people are not, so it helps them to feel calmer and welcomed.
Excellent presentation. Words that I can apply to myself to be more welcoming and accepting to the group of volunteers that I work along with.

How is that your response smh? If you watch the entire video, you'll see your comment doesn't make sense and is off topic. She's simply talking about creating a work environment where everyone can thrive. To your point, it's common sense that if you can't do the job it's probably not for you.

As a supplier to 78% companies in the US, we are increasing our costs to any company that enforces this ideology. Cheers 🍻

Its amazing that there is an entire racket out there today that literally produces nothing of value but makes billions of dollars.
I've been seeing the diversity and inclusion in Liberal cities, and it looks awfully violent.
