That's so cool you got to go to the Holler House! That's on my bucket list! My father's first job as a kid, was being a pinboy. One of the coolest things was when a friend of his found a community rec center that had the old manual pinsetters, and we went to have a bowling outing together, "old school" and he taught me how to be a pingirl. 🙂 Glad Belmo's okay. I've taken a few bowlers to the hospital on the ambulance in my career, and fallen a couple of times myself over the years. Scary stuff when things go wrong like that!

So I know its a hot topic - but I would love to hear your take on the urethane rule and the conversations around how they soften overtime. Seems like there is a lot false information being thrown around.

It's not like a hardness in a field test of 65 or 67 means someone actually cheats and willfully softens their ball anyway. Back in the day of soaking balls the durometer readings would probably be around 35 or even lower when someone cheated. These days softening a ball is totally pointless given how strong balls get, so the rule has lost its purpose.

Wow i would of just laid there myself. I am trying to get all I can out of a bad hip in need of replacement as is. That could of been bad. We had a guy fall the other day on league. Je put his shoe cover on to go to the restroom and forgot to take it off. Not good for a slider. Lol

Tour Ultras have a diamond shape hole on the heels that locks them on the shoe, unless they changed this recently. Looks like Belmo might have ripped off the diamond to use Dexter heels on his 3G shoes. Not the only pro who does this...

I doubt this could happen in any way. But using the ball i use which i found out tonight is a 1960's ball. I've really wanted to bowl at the Holler House in Milwaukee, Wisconsin... Any chance you being a pro bowler make it happen???. You may have more persuasion than me as ahh I'm 1 to 3 times a year bowler...I understand I may probably be kicked to the curb in regards to a potential score but I've been a scout leader for many years and not afraid to be the butt of a joke or be left in the dust... Just think it could be fun and interesting since you mentioned the Holler House in this video...
