@@verarogue477 I literally was hooked on the show and bellarke since april 2014. Bellamy is my fave character and I cannot describe the feeling that after all that suffering he was shot like some random character who had no connections to the others... and no one mourned him, buried him, said they missed him... just left on a floor like he meant nothing. No one had a death like that. And Bellamy, the one who risked his life so, SO many times for them? He was literally the only one trying to save Clarke.... and she couldnt even entertain to believe him when he begged her to. They always trusted each other, this is so ooc. It hurts so much how his sister just hugged his killer and they all understood. To me, its disgusting. To only have MILLER be kinda sad he did not get to talk to Bellamy? What about Octavia, all of the time in 7x2 on SKyring, those 10 years she wanted to tell him how she understands him, loves him??? How can she not regret she did not get to tell him? She was completely happy and carefree on that beach. All of them were, including Clarke. Like he never existed at all...

For those of you genuinely interested, this is the actual reason Bellarke never happened. My sources are essentially the main actors/actresses of the show (mainly Bob and Eliza) who talked about this in cameos and cons in 2020-2021. Bellarke was supposed to happen in season 1, but Bob (Bellamy’s actor) didn’t want Bellamy to get a love interest that soon, so they decided to postpone it. Then they introduced Clexa and the audience liked it, so they decided to follow that route. When Lexa died, everyone thought Bellarke was finally going to end up together but obviously it didn’t happen. Bob was pretty sure they were going to at least confess their feelings in season 6, and they were close to, but it didn’t happen. Then we have the damn mess that was season 7. Bob had a serious knee injury at this time (surgery and all) and also his mental health wasn’t great. He asked for some time off but he wanted to be there for the finale/crucial moments. Jason Rothenberg decided to be a piece of shit instead, and not only did he ruin Bellamy’s whole character development, but also his personal relationships with Clarke and Octavia. So essentially he made Clarke kill Bellamy out of spite. Some people speculate he was bitter because of Bob and Eliza’s marriage, because he wanted to make Bellarke happen but now that the actors were dating irl it wasn’t as exciting (this is just speculation though). He had seven whole fcking seasons, but whatever. So yes, that’s why Bellarke didn’t happen. And yes, I’m still mad about Bellamy’s waste of character development. They truly threw seven years of work to the trash and for what?

@@inthevoidx True. Bob and Eliza were instructed to play Bellarke as romantic until they decided to drift the plot. B and E specifically said they “pivoted” as well as they could. Jason even tweeted about Bellarke as a romantic ship multiple times, but sure, we imagined it all. That show is a joke and the ship baiting was insane.

Rightttt. I just finished the series a week ago and can’t stop watching these. It’s torture but I keep doing it anyways.

I get so mad seeing anything to do with the 100 bc of how badly it ended and how Jason really destroyed all of it. This was all for nothing.

The stupidest decision ever was when they killed off Bellamy. Like wtf were they thinking? It was so obviously written that they would end up together, I genuinely don’t understand. I pushed the last season out of my head completely, I can’t even remember how Bellamy ended up on the wrong side or why she killed him
