I love how in film, Willem Dafoe has played some of the most intense characters every created, but in every interview he is joy personified.

If anyone is interested in some of his music. He has an album, Winterreise; it has an Electro punk, Ultra-Modern pop sound. I found it quite interesting. 😏✌️

Ruffalo deserves and Oscar just for the way he says "ow" after being smacked. I laughed for 60 seconds and I couldn't stop. 60 seconds is way longer than you think.

Him face planting on the staircase landing 15 seconds after he first appears on screen had me laughing so hard I had to pause the movie. And then rewind it a bunch of times 😂

Emma Stone's performance in Poor Things is my favorite of the year. She made me adore Bella Baxter and feel every emotion the character was experiencing. It's easily her best work so far.

Why do I find it quite awkward? I feel like instead of asking questions he kept doing bits and the actors sometimes had to just fake laugh along It felt like the questions were more to showcase his personality and thoughts on the film than what the actors’ experience was. There were “questions” were the only response you could give was along the lines of “Haha that’s so funny” or “wow you’re so right”

Emma Stone is so electric, she has this old Hollywood charm about her, she’s exceptional.

“Filthy, disgusting, and worth your time.” That’s a cool phrase to print on a t-shirt.

The costume designer did a beautiful job on this film! The pastels and sleeves! ❤

Mark Ruffalo's accent was everything! I LOVED it so much, he was fabulous in this film! Fantastic movie.

It was such a strange movie. It felt like Frankenstein and a Wes Anderson film and it felt like a music video.

Watched Poor Things the other day. I am still in awe of how different and weird and brave this film is, in an era of way too much safe, pre-packaged, narrow cinema. I am both disappointed and strangely encouraged when I see negative comments about it. Thank you everyone involved!

I think his accent kind of worked with the movie, it was a little quirky and f'ed up but also charming 😂 and the total bizarness of his scenes just made it all work. I loved Bella for the same reasons. But mostly for her wonderful innocence and non apologetic attitude about how she thought and acted. Brilliant film. The crisp pastry scene had me rolling and her dancing with Marks character trying to make her blend in better with his dancing. Hilarious.

Emma is such a nice person and she seems very intelligent. She makes little sounds and has such a great sense of humor. She is perfect

English is not my first language, i watched the film with subtitles, i cannot say if a British accent is good or not. But i can say that marc raffalo was hilarious. I haven't laughed that much in a film for ages! Incredible film all around!

It was not, but - yes! - his acting was great.

Willem Dafoe is such a lovely person through and through. The whole cast seems like a dreamy lot who would be a ton of fun to hang out with and genuinely nice people.

It just won the Golden Globe and it is in top 10 best movies of many fans despite its weirdness. Really look forward to seeing soon.

Emma Stone is great in everything. So much talent.

i've just seen the movie, and I found it unbelievable and Emma never stops surprising us with her performances, honestly she nailed English accent to play her starring role. As a result, she amazed me as much as the whole cast and regarding Willem Dafoe, he's a national treasure, I wish he could win the Oscar, which he's waited for a long time.

I totally appreciate the importance of Lily's nomination, but... Emma deserves the Oscar for this performance. It is so singular, so unlike anything we have ever seen before...and it is a once-in-a-lifetime role/performance. Let's award the PERFORMANCE, not the background of the actor playing the role.

WHAT A RIDE….quite literally!🤭 We saw it this past weekend & (IMO) it was strange, wonderfully acted & should win all the things for cinematography!

This interviewer is a joy - obviously a huge fan of the movie, and he's able to make actual banter which makes the actors so relaxed that they say things, we are actually interested in. Good job!

emma stonne is and always be a source of inspiration, she is such a talented performer. from zombieland to spiderman and recently la favorite and poor things. stunning work. i enjoyed the film so much. beatiful dreamy aesthetics and beatiful story. so unique and out of this world

I've seen this masterpiece a few days ago and I'm going again in the weekend. It's one of those films that, if you like it, deserves several viewing. Stellar performances by all the actors, awesome cinematography, darkly funny.. wow!

The dance scene was the most amazing scene in the movie. A woman who had seen dancing and had never been taught how to dance. But, the urge she felt to move to the beat of the music......incredible!

This is a fine example of brilliant and impeccable journalism, to ask interesting questions, knowing the dread of all the press junkets the actors were doing, keep them on their toes, making them comfortable. It's a lesson in how to conduct an interview. Bravo ❤

I love when Willem was complimenting Mark’s performance. He never fails to make me appreciate him more.

I was most surprised by Mark Ruffalo's performance than any of the others, as miraculous as they were. Don't get me wrong, he's a fine actor, but this time he took things to an entirely different level.

Liked the movie. LOVED Emma's performance!

Both Ramy and Mark's English accents were off. They sounded more American than English. Emma is marvelous in this film; what a talent!

Mark Ruffalo's self doubt about his performance is so endearing. The accent wasnt great but his performance was brilliant regardless.

I loved this movie. It is weird and definitely earns that R rating. But it is also funny, inspiring, beautiful, thought-provoking and timeless. I am still working my way through all the movies that were nominated for Best Picture etc., and at this point I know which one took the prize. But for me, so far, this one is the best.

I’ve just watched this, and as a Brit, I can say that although Mark Ruffalo didn’t manage an English accent from any region I recognise, because he was playing such a pretentious narcissist, having an affected sounding accent fitted the character just fine.

A 'neat' contemporary-dance (perchance) 'precedent' (video-short) --- to the nifty dance floor romp (in a posh Lisbon hotel) --- would be 'To Get Her' (by 'Jukstapoz Dance Co.') from a decade-or-so back; esp. mid-way thru; w/ the (dance) lead-role nicely 'reversed' (to an extent).

I knew nothing about the movie going into it. I thought it was about financial struggles during the 1800's lmao.... and defiantly not your typical emma stone movie (easy A, the help, crazy stupid love etc) I was wrong. I watched the movie 3 times. First time I was like wtf is going on. Then I looked up what it was about and payed much more closer attention the 2nd and 3rd time. Great film and acting from everybody. And the cinematography was awesome. It has a hopping tho.
