I aspire to play bass like Dylan Desmond. I don't think a lot of people realize how hard it is to play the way he does. The bass is a huge instrument and to TAP low chords with one hand blows my mind. Every time I need inspiration I watch or listen to his playing.
@beng16424 жыл бұрын
The most amazing part of this is he's playing 2 parts at the same time on the same bass. That amount of talent and precision blows my mind
@ondrasukdol6654

Playing those parts is not that hard at this speed, it's more of a trick. Writing them is pretty hard though - you have to imagine how those will work together etc.

@@ondrasukdol6654 well, it does require a lot of strength tho. it's a different type of precision you need for shredding or doing that AAL type of fast tapping, but it's still precision; you need a strong hand and a lot of precise control of your fingers and arm muscles. let's not forget the man isn't just tapping single notes here, he's tapping chords on the lower strings of a 6 string bass and they're coming out super resonant, that is not very easy. this guy's finger tips could pbbly stop bullets.
