I really love the sound of these larger Bell's as well, you can almost feel them echoing through the valley.

Arguably, the finest egg beater ever!! The rotor beats are iconic and only thing that can come close are the Mil Mi-8/17 and Bell 206L4. 😘 From India

What's really awesome to me is the mechanical balance of it all, in that the shafts are all so precisely lathed that none can be off more than micro millimeters or craft would vibrate apart. It's the balance that amazes me, the gyro balance and how all the machinery has to be working precisely together for any of it to work, or it would just wobble apart.

What a classical piece of footage man.very impressive camera work .I sometime see the bell flying past my cabin in manchester uk with the coast guard livery apon it.sounds great in real life and your film does it justice . just like the real thing.

The Vietnam helicopters were Bell HU-1 Huey and Bell HU-1 B/C Cobra, among others. None were Bell 212 twin turbine.
