He's not underrated if you know about football many times in the league he has put in brilliant performances. Which is why he is on Liverpool's radar. He scored important goals against the big clubs like man city/arsenal/chelsea/man utd/liverpool. He has always been a favourite player of mine because of his composure and ability to score from unlikely situations

In 2012 we Belgians came up with a new team, who ended up becoming world class. We need to gently phase out some of the now older players and put our faith once again in the up and coming new youth power. It are the matches Belgium 1 - 4 Holland and this match, Belgium 6 - 1 Poland that teach us this. 1 week difference, different lineup and BOOM, from ZERO to HERO. And yes, Poland is lower ranked than Holland, but not that low to justify a 10 goal difference. This Belgium is fast, dynamic and has answers if problems arise.

@@nazgul7914 Belgium has always been good at football. Before 2004, we were always ranked in the top 20 of the world. We reached a Euro semi-final in 1972, a Euro final in 1980 and a world cup semi-final in 1986. ( And now again, a semi-final in 2018 ) We also played in multiple Quarter finals and also reached the Round of 16 multiple times. We currently have 20 major tournament appearances ( 14 world cups and 6 Euros ). So, in total we have : 14 WC appearances, 2 semi-finals, 1 Quarter final and 6x round of 16. 6 Euro appearances, 1 final, 1 semi-final, 2 Quarter finals. So, overall, we were always a good team, we just had a bad period between 2004-2012. But now, we're back.

@@rodrigob8164 not really, yes some with better longshots, or dribbling , or other attributes none assisting they way he does it left or right foot then we get to my point kdb has all of those attributes checked off on a wordclass level, so there has never been a more complete midfielder imo

Je suis content de cette jeunesse. Pas mal d’entre eux ont seulement 18 ans et ont un excellent niveau. Dommage de ne pas avoir eu cette jeunesse face au pays bas, je pense qu’ils auraient fait la différence grâce à leur vitesse.

And we need to be brave and not just include players because of star power. Most goals here , besides Witsel and KDB, came from relative newcomemrs in our line-up. OUt players have improved greatly since the first World cup I watched (1994), capitalize on the new fresh players, replace older stars that are not as strong anymore as before. We can bring home the gold, we just need to leave the beaten path because it did not work as we expected in the World Cup and European Cup, or the previous Nations league

I'm sorry for Trossard, but his second goal is a missed cross; even if it is very pretty to see, he could try again 50 times that he would not succeed. It reminds me a bit of Verthongen's goal against Japan, from the header to the World Cup: he wanted to put the ball back in the middle. his teammates tease Léandro a bit right after. The score surprises me a lot after the thaw against the Netherlands. The latter narrowly escaped in Cardiff in "stoppage time" (90 + 2: 1-1 then 90 + 4: 1-2) The Belgians will have to be vigilant in Wales, their "beast black". I still haven't understood how Eden Hazard was able to place the ball next to the goal when it looked very easy. The referee seemed to "forget" the many Polish faults against Eden. (voluntary obstructions or pushes in the back)

Yes, they speak 3 major languages over there. Most of the citizens are trilingual, hence the commentators don't have to speak the same language.

@@rollmops7948 I live in the same country. German is indeed an official language, but it's not major one, only 0,7% of the population speaks German as a native language, in this case Arabic, Turkish, Polish, ... etc are more of a major language.
