Here by us in south africa ..we will put them on five in one treatment for five days...it's called dovabiotic all best..
First sign was when you lost the young birds. Here in USA I treat with “trimethoprim and sulfamethoxazole” it takes about 4-5 days but they get back fast

Give them rise water 😉
I would definitely do nothing, they don’t look bad at all from my point of view and on top they do not need to fly. Give them rest, light food and electrolytes into water and maybe some probiotics. After one week they should be fine. Medicaments will not help as most probably its virus...

Green dropping for me is Adeno virus
Starve them for 48 hours and put electrolyte in water and after 48 hours feed a very light mix with probiotics or brewer's yeast mixed on it ...
Your birds have Rota virus
