From Si2u: The day after.. so yes I was filming some random things around Belfast city, and through chance captured this incident. My initial - "🎤that's the sound of da traffic-wardens🎶" chant was actually about to end when 3451 did his deed. So my bit of fun immediately went into a more serious mode there and then! I was given a fixed penalty ticket many years ago from such attendants in Belfast city centre for my parking meter ticket expiring by just 10 minutes over the 2hrs I paid. I arrived on scene to see him slap the ticket on, and despite my genuine explanation as to why I had very slightly over run my time, he took great satisfaction in his act ! This along with my dislike for littering is why I pursued the matter.😉 #karma
