We paid a visit to Flout Pizza, run by Peter at the Portview Trade Centre to try his incredible pizzas. Peter is self taught, having dived into the dough making game after a career in marketing. After 15 years he came to realise life is for doing what you're passionate about, and started serving up some of Belfast's most unique pizza.

He's at Portview on Newtownards Rd. Only opens wed-sat lunchtimes as far as I know.
