Thanks so much! This worked on my Beko WTK82011W washing machine! It was flashing end light no matter what setting I put it on and wouldn't start. This reset worked and now my machine works as usual! 🙌

So glad I found this video. Washing machine wouldnt start and had stopped mid washing. As i went to reset the machine with the first step after the error code e18 appeared and i clicked start nothing would happen. So i opened the drain tube at the bottom corner of the washing machine and also opened the other thing next to it. After draining the water and cleaning the holes, I proceeded with the reset of the machine as shown in the video and it finally worked. Thank you

Hi Tim, we had the same problem with this exact model. Your initial button press combo worked, however the machine wouldn't go past the error code (E18, which is meant to mean an unbalance load). However we opened the door, closed it, and this (for some reason) allowed us to cycle through the test processes as you showed in this video. So your video has been very helpful, you saved all of the housemates from having to go to the laundrette!

Hello I did a factory reset on a below and I only held the start button then turned the dial to cotton it comes up with e18 then I do the same as what you have done in your video u didn't have to hold the spin button. It amazes me how the below program can get mixed up the washer I did a reset on wasn't spinning I did the reset and it worked the spinning. Iv downloaded this video to show my friend when he's washer goes Pete tong

Hello. My machine is wmy71033lmb3. In test mode when the water has to be heated nothing happens. Not even the drum spins.That means the heater resistence or ntc sensor is gone?

Not sure what my initial error code was (maybe 11) then 067 came up instead of 057. At step 012 - nothing happening. Any ideas please?

My washing machine didn't spin the first time I did the error test run so I did it again and the cycle started but there was spark at the bottom inside of my washing machine just as the cycle started . Should I be worried or just do another test run to be sure its safe ?

Thank you for that video very helpful but unfortunately when I go for the error codes the motor is not spinning is there any way of checking why their motor is not spinning as I have tested the motor and the motor is working fine

On these models, you don’t need to hold the spin button, only the start button :)

When I get to number 6 its don't spin its just making noise and when I press start button nothing happen. Any idea what its going on and how to fix that?

Hi Tim I have the same machine, I am getting no power at all, no display when attempting test mode, plug fuse is good. over the last 6 months the machine has slowly taken longer to power on and now will not power on at all, any ideas what to test next?

Think e09 is a door lock problem if u don't fix the error u might not be able to reset the error

Same thing happened to me. Although the error code I got is E18. And after I've done the first step and the error code appears when I click start button nothing happens.do you know how you were able to fix this issue

Hi, my machine only shows E8 code, it will not run through the test mode. I've done everything else suggested, checked all filters too.

E08 is a fill problem would need to see the machine to see why it is not filling

Would need to see it to fault find it you could try pluging it in on another socket to eliminate that

Hi, I have the same washing machine done it until the last one where it was supposed to do rinse and drain, but it got filled with water but never drained and its stuck like that now, tried to turn it off and do spin and drain,it says 12 mins but it never stops when it goes to last minute , it keeps going on and on!

I have this machine and my error was E18 I did exactly as you said and it cleared the error however my washing machine still will not work, so I tried to reset again and now there is no errors and it wont reset

Because you cleared the error but didn't fix the problem so the machine wont work. You need fix the problem that caused the error then clear the code it will then work

E11 think is a fault on the motor circuit it prop will not go any more through until that is fixed
