Mine recently started to get the coffee grounds wetter and wetter. Really watery. What do I need to clean better?

I've tried to descale the machine but the descale light does not switch off. I've descaled many times before without any problems. What can be wrong. I've cleaned the machine as per the instruction manual. Thanks for your support.

Ive just bought this machine a month ago, decided to keep it rather than sell it, and after unwrapping it and installing it, it keeps flashing the low level light on the machine. Ive reinserted it several times and emptied and refilled it, but it still does it. Have i got a faulty machine?

My machine is spilling a lot of coffee in the brew chamber, unused coffee. What could be the problem?

I cannot reinsert the brewer after cleaning the white cog seen at 2mins41 secs in this video does not line up with the slots on the brewer. Any ideas? Resetting the machine doesnt seem to re-align it. System immediately reports no brewer but thats coz I cant put it back.

Coffee machine came with 3 sachets to clean the machine - where can I buy these or what can I use instead of them?

Any coffee machine descaling tablets will work. Scale is the same thing in any machine.

My machine has leaked water all over kitchen work bench and down the drawer fronts , any ideas why this happened ? Thanks ☕

after 8 months this machine is broke ... when i press the coffee buttons to make a coffee water is going in internal drip tray :(

I wish to descale my machine I've had it about 6 months now, but the descaling function has never flashed up, is there a way to do it without the button flashing up?

Ours has stopped running the cleans at startup and shut down. Steam seems weak as well. It still makes coffee. But... Any ideas?

Yes I did, trying to figure out if we can use any other producto to descale the machine! As we are run out the bags they come with the machine. Thank you!

Hi Ryan, thanks for your comment. With a coarse grind, the hot water will flow through the coffee more quickly. As such, less extraction will take place resulting in a fruity and acidic coffee. The finer the grind size, the less gaps for water to flow through and so the longer extraction will take. This will result in a more bitter, full-bodied brew. If you are looking to achieve a "stronger" (more concentrated) coffee, I recommend reducing the amount of hot water used during the extraction. The Beko allows you to adjust the water use from 25mm to 250mm. I hope this helps! Please subscribe to help support this channel. All the best, TruePreView.

Hi! Do you know how to reset the water level. I set it by holding down the coffee button but made it too weak. And I can't reset it now!

Is it possible the descaling has affected the taste of the water? The coffees I'm getting from my machine are not great.

Having wipe cleaned the water container best you can, just use the flush function (or whatever this machine has) if you think there is any residual descaler. Otherwise the water amount may have changed in which case change it back.

My bean icon keeps flashing up even though it’s full with beans? Can you help with this?

Hey, thanks for your comment. I would suggest cleaning the inlet and outlet of the bean grinder as I expect it is a sensor that is causing the issue. If this doesn’t work I would contact Beko’s customer support. Please let me know how you get on? All the best, TruePreView.

The hot water icon wont go off I have tried everything - it has made the machine unusable as no other icons will light up with that one on? Any suggestions?

Hi. I was wondering if you had found a solution for this? I am experiencing the exact same thing with my Beko. It's out of warranty & Beko hasn't been much of assistance unfortunately.

Can you add a filter to the water container ?

Hey Philip, thanks for your comment. At the bottom of the water container there is a plastic mesh that will capture any solid particles larger than around 1.0mm. I don’t believe that Beko sell an alternative filter for the water container. It is worth contacting their technical support team to double check. If you don’t have any luck, I recommend filtering the water before you add to the container. All the best, TruePreView

@@TruePreView I've started the first de-scaling yesterday using the de-scaler solution and went on to finish. But when I switched on today the machine, it is still flashing the self-cleaning icon. Do you know how to solve this? Thanks.

@@TruePreView alright thank you. I am also experiencing an error when I switch on the machine where the hot water icon is the only option that you can choose and I have to re-start the machine to function normally. Alright will contact Beko support and let you know how it goes. thanks. :)

Hello there i heard about some problems with hot water that the water wasnt hot enough, cause these small coffe machines have small thermo blocks and thats the problem. Have you ever "experienced" this kind of problem while making your coffee? Thanks :)

@@TruePreView hi there I’m new to this but I’ve found if you hot the milk up first with steamer then add your coffee to it it is very hot! That’s how I like my coffee. Any other suggestions d like to know .
