Every time Ashley says the review shouldn't be long because there wasn't much to talk about we get a review that's over 20 minutes and I love it 🤣. The baby is definitely Tariq's baby, it's essential to the storyline of him becoming so much like his father even though he doesn't want to be. They also were together twice. Her first time and after Salim.

Is it just me or does it feel like they’re making Noma look kinda weak this season?

I was underwhelmed. I’ll NEVER forgive them for not paying Omari Hardwick - EVER. He IS power and watching his son try to play him is not scary, its not intimidating, im over it. Theres so many issues. -Noma is a trash villain. Lol she makes terrible decisions and has all these youngings running around for her, she leaves herself vulnerable sleeping with these men. Why are you hooking up with Tariq’s lawy-…ok. -Monet is a non-factor and always has been…she never really has a firm grasp on anything. -Cane is a jealous mf, jealous of his dad coming back and replacing him to monet, he was jealous of zeke, jealous of tariq, jealous when he would catch any glimpse of Effie having a soft spot for Tariq. -Zion was a waste if Cane could beat him up so easily (which i knew would happen when he proposed the fight knowing Zion is a damn boxer). -Its HARD TO CARE about Crazy Carter (s/o to Rox) because the series is ending. It makes you not care as much especially because power is not a 18 episode show. This shit is about to be wrapped up in a couple episodes, the budget is wack and it shows, the writing is wacker and it shows lol. The fact that everyone called that he was a dirty cop for the past couple of weeks and he is…predictable. -Drew is gonna die. The ones who want to start over or finally find a ‘purpose’ rarely make it to the end lol. I can see Diana and the baby dying too. - I have no idea how Brayden is gonna end up. But since the actors, and Joseph Sikora have all hinted at the characters continuing…maybe they’ll join their storylines with Tommy under one show? Do yall think Brayden’s girl may be a downfall bc of drugs or snitching on them? Either way shes trash for drugging Tariq. I know he was looking out for her but Brayden is an idiot for not telling Tariq. She was blunt to come up to them and expose that she knows about what they got going on. Riq wasn’t kind to her, but the fact that her response was to drug him….um no. She’s loca.

I like him, but I never thought Michael J Rainey was too great of an actor, especially enough to carry a show. Also, I really dislike crime shows surrounding highschool/university kids because theres always a level of babying in the writing towards the characters, a grittiness thats never fully realized because they’re still young. In short, I be wanting Rated R, and Power Book 2 gives 18+😂 Lastly, the villains suck (I have to say it again) lol we went from villains like Lobos, Alicia & Diego those crazy latino twins, that weirdo Serbian dude (“Dean”) and his crew to…Mecca, Noma and Zion? 😂

glad im not the only one that sees this. production degraded, acting is terrible but that can also be cs the writers are terrible. i’m disappointed in what the show is coming down to cs the way they started was totally different, if they continue with a new show, hopefully they figure out a new idea and just do something great

I’m so disappointed for this to be the final season. I hope Tommy’s final season will be better.

It was a good ep to me though . Real solid . Why would a major death happen midway through the season ? That never occurred on power. Relax and let the story play out. It’s only a mid finale for ratings for the last season

We don’t need a 2 month break just show us the show all the way through. Why are they giving us a break do they need time to finish filming

Braden new girl is the Holly we knew with Tommy. Braden don’t even look right being a Coke head 😂. I wish they didn’t make Braden succumb to that… it’s too reminiscent to Tommy but Tommy was more believable.

As someone with Sickle Cell I’m glad they mentioned it. Now there’s characters on both this show and the Chi with the disease. Our people really need to be more aware of it, so I felt seen. I ain’t tryna do no coke, but I can feel where she was coming from a lil bit. White people and Hispanics do also get Sickle Cell disease. It’s not as many as there are in the black community though.
