If it was the future and we had the same size magazines but could put more bullets in them I could see it. Otherwise I can only see them bringing 7 or 8 magazines to fight off bugs

Ignis is at it again, fighting bugs on worlds that really should've been glassed for humane reasons. But suppose if we just jumped to orbital bombardments we'd not get these situations. Ignis really does fit into the whole Starship troopers thing way too well, cause casualties are mounting and every day might as well be some fresh spin on hell. But that's what makes Ignis a joy to watch, keep up the good work guys.

Goblin horde VS bug horde, who wins? Bug horde. Because the bugs typically aren't incompetent and/or stupid XD It's also surprisingly harrowing to watch lights in the darkness steadily wink out, knowing that it's happening because the wielders are being eviscerated by bugs in the blackness.

Love the EDF reference. Would be awesome if there was a mod for that in Arma. Especially if the wacky weapons made it in and none of the troops knew. Giant bugs and kaiju attacking and the troops asking why their guns are shooting sideways and why they cannot throw grenades more than 2 feet.

Love being an "Old Zoomer" being able to understand the importance and significance between the relation between round 5 and 30... For you uneducated. Round 5 Zombies are 4 knives to kill. Round 30 Zombies are nearly, and functionally unkillable by knifes late game. Simply because health increases by 150 or so until Round 9, then it becomes Exponential.

Honestly, Starship Troopers is one of my favorite type of ops to watch because it always results in the players screaming as if they are actually in the movie while being slaughtered as the Press just straight into hell. God I love horror of these ops. Also, those legends near the end charging the bugs with melee weapons are the real heroes of the Mobile Infantry. Bravely faced death and bought time for their comrades to form a defensive line(Although their deaths were in vain since the others were slaughtered anyways).

The Earth Defense Force 5 is a lot goofier than starship troopers, If Rublix ever plays it or does an Arma op I'd be utter chaos!!!!

Starship troopers is one of those film series where each sequel somehow manages to get visually worse with each film. First one is glorious and is sullied by the sequels!

This video shows why I love ARMA so much...its atmosphere. The desert sands at night with lights bouncing off the sand clouds. Plus seeing a light go out in the distance is equal parts really really neat and also terrifying.
