To hear that list of awards, knowing she's been been the queen since I was in high school, it's awesome to see she is a real person with depth and sincerity. And Colbert is genuinely enthusiastic that she's on, but he has a conversation instead of empty praise and fake excitement. These are real people, that care, that work hard and enjoy it. They remind me of plumbers, doctors, teachers, construction workers, garbage collectors. You can't get it done until you really do the work and no reason you can't enjoy the effort *and* result. Look for friends, workers and politicians like this and see your world improve.

You got it! It is always worth the try because nothing worse then waking up at 60-70 and saying I didn’t do it. Although, some people try things at that age too and get their dreams going. My dad worked with a boss who was 64 or so. He was with a company for over 10 yrs. One day he got let go with little notice. So he decided to retire, still did some freelancing, but also joined a band and started to perform at bars. Life is unpredictable. Bur dreams don’t have to die.

Then, at 1:34 when he says, "Nice to see you again," she gives what appears to be a disdainful non-smile, accompanied by an equally whatevs "mm-hmm." Granted, I am only 3 minutes into the vid, so maybe I'm overreacting and reading too much into this. Criticism/correction welcome.

Yet another exasperating example of women (socially conditioned, perhaps) wearing shoes and apparel that make it nearly impossible to walk. Too often I notice this and other examples of women made mobility-challenged and obviously uncomfortable, like when they have to continually adjust/pull down their dresses/skirts, while seated for an interview, so that they don't inadvertently expose more than they wish. I would think this would be so distracting for a quest to have to always be self-conscious about how they look. On the flip-slide, a man walks out with a normal, walkin-down-the-street gait, sits down, maybe adjusts his thang once, and likely never again has to think about it. Oi.

Mary needs to let go of the blonde hair, it looks awful. She needs something more real and won't make her look trampy. She's a very attractive woman, but, she needs to tone it down with the hair. Then she wore a outfit she could barely walk in. I'm confused 😕

@@beb5407 I adore Mary but she's in her 50s now. It's time to get rid of the blonde hair, the tattoos, the tight tacky clothing. Leave that to the 20 year olds.

I'm a Mary fan and I agree also. When she was walking out I said "does she look comfortable". I'm all about what works for you but this look is not working for her. The cheetah outfit was too much. Black boots would have made the outfit nice and lose the gloves please!
