few days ago i just made real contact with my inner darkness (my subconcious me) and it was scary as it could get with how much negative energy and thoughts my mind was surrounded with and with the fact of how less i actually even posses control over it. it's been driving me real insane and feels very unsettling for me to know that there is such part of myself wich is that evil to myself and so out of control wich might explain the extreme dark nightmares i just had... but anyhow... i learned a little to reason with it and give my inner self more love and a little more peace wich really helps me to see the worth in things i used ignore for so long like actual real life for what it is. there is so much beauty outside and i used to just look over it and tried to reach my goals as the strongest man of the world or whatever i wanted with that but now looking back at it i see how fun and happieness sometimes is just for free to find. i was crying alot knowing how much of time i wasted in this dark point of view even though i'm only 19 lol but it made me sick and unable to live and love for good. my girlfriend is also russian but she does not talk about war at all...but i know what you mean it's horrible even though i'm a german/cuban guy...i relate as a human.
