A thing that helped me was going to busy places with a lot of people. You don't have to talk to anyone but that way you get comfortable being surrounded by them.

I found your videos over the summer and you've inspired me to do stuff on my own. So 2 days ago I went to a concert all on my own (saw 5 Seconds of Summer!!!) and you are part of the reason why I went. The way I lie to myself...whenever I get the notification that Via uploads a new video, I immediately stop what I'm doing and add it to my Watch Later playlist as an end-of-the-day treat to myself. But I lack self control and end up watching it when I should be working OOPS 👀 It's ok though. Something stressful just happened at work but Via made it all better. I love being alone, it makes me peaceful, every time that I'm going through a bad relationship, I don't talk to them anymore. I get very overwhelmed and see couples, I don't pay attention for anything. I don't care about them, I love being single that's it. Looking at nature, travel the world and taking care of myself. It gives me anxiety, and just go with it its basacally normal. Nobody cared, I just walk away and live my own space for 70 days. I love being single.

it's me again ✿ yesterday i was able to run an errand from my mother and to also buy something for myself. i went alone to find a cafe i've never been to before, as someone who's also afraid to try something i've never did before. but hey, we all start somewhere right? that's why i'm very happy that i was able to take baby steps yesterday, although i had to cry my fear first before i was able to face it head on, which is okay! it's part of the process afterall. thank you via for continuing to share your experiences, you have no idea how much comfort it gives us to learn that these things are normal and we are not just over reacting. your videos are my encouragement to continue going out of my comfort zone little by little everyday 🥺💕

I love ur videos so much, and I wish you would never stop making them. They always help me deal with my anxiety . As long as I could remember, every time I feel anxious or when my anxiety gets really bad , I would listen to your voice, it'd instantly calm me down and give me a sense of comfort. Thank you so much for making videos ,I know it's not an easy thing and it takes a lot of effort and energy but it really helps me cope, I want you to also know that your yt videos/tiktoks have had a positive impact on my life.
