Being a Black person is generally hard. It gets even harder when you move to a different country and have no rights. In this video, I'll be sharing a bit about life in China as a Black person.

Not surprised at all , A Chinese lady was massaging me here I Mzansi and was saying you know Chinese man don't like big women LOL Was like ,with a confused face. I doubt black women want short tiny man like them but I might be wrong .Personally I don't find them attractive lol We continued with our session in silence, how amazing 👏 who wants noise and negativity whilst trying to relax

Thanks for speaking on the topic, most people never do and lead people to think they're living in utopia.

Thank you, babe. ♥️ It's not bad once you learn to block it all out. Also understanding how people are here even to their own helps but I feel you. 😂

Sounds challenging but your way of dealing with it is very mature and patient. It's a shame that you have to though. Not sure I'd have that much control if it were me.

I’m glad the school dealt with it. I’d expect them to just ignore and brushing it under the carpet.

As much as I loathe talking about such topics as this one, this all boils down to colonial mentality and the whole concept of one group of individuals is deemed better than others... This has resulted in such things as colourism as well and some, in the quest to looking fairer skinned, gone to many lengths to achieve this....

Yeap. Every marginalised group makes sure to further marginalise Blacks too. It’s crazy.

Do they not find your hair interesting as well, I was in Bali and a Chinese old couple was giggling looking at me and the man touched me Me being South African I asked what the issue was? Like is it the first time they are seeing a fat black person? And as irritated as I was they were still giggling LOL, I can only imagine when you are a minority in their own country Chinese can be very silly You are very strong and enjoy the sun for them
