I’m a bit clueless, how do you open the kind that needs the pour spout thing? Because I never got one of those when I bought it 😅

We're sorry to hear you didn't get a pour spout with your gallon container. Instead of using the pour spout, you can still open the container as shown in our video by removing the entire lid with a paint key. Hope this helps!
