The flippy corners method is always my nemesis. It doesn't seem to matter how careful I am, the blocks always come out wonky! But I really want to improve, so this lovely pattern seems like it might give me the practice I need.

That is a little too small for me, but love the pattern, especially since it is not a paper piecing pattern. I am going to check out the Beholden 1 pattern for the larger size.

Hello! Corey Yoder has written Beholden 2 for Layer Cakes. We recommend using layer cakes but the fabric requirements are listed here: www.fatquartershop.com/beholden-2-downloadable-pdf-quilt-pattern

Could i use my folded corner ruler for all those stitch and flips?
