this popped up in my feed and just wanted to say this video highlighted the importance of practicing simple drills at a very high level. More people need to see this instead of those overly fancy and complicated drills that you can find on social media such as Instagram. Good job to the players and coaching staff, keep up the good work!

The "poncing about" is really important for conditioning stability muscles so that they can do the stuff like this without getting injured. It isn't the only thing the first team do, you can't really think they don't do these drills as well surely?
