Good feng-shui Christophe your thinking is like me and your office is full of great fortune. Lol if you like Christophe my prerequisite in buying homes I have to sleep 1-2 nights in the property to make sure it's a good vibe before I authorize the contingency removal on the offer as a buyer. My office is a mess and not in a very nice location,but my clients live in such sophisticated locations with beautiful houses here in London I my colleagues hijack their chic lives for a millisecond before we start work,cleaning and restoration.Each day we look up from our floors and look at the wonders that we work with and think "how can a mere cleaner be allowed to enjoy, for a few seconds, on all this!" Thanks for sharing your wonderful work environment,which you and your colleagues have all worked and work very hard for.

The Garden paintings are nice. The salt lamp looks like the rock in "The Temple of Doom". 10:12 looks like the Mommy Dearest house.

It is the mommy dearest house. He sold 355 south mapleton drive in Holmby hills. U can see his video too!

Good positive energy with a nice down to Earth attitude. Always good idea to keep water in the water place and fire in the fire place.

Christophe, I do not have the funds for a property but I love your videos for the information about different neighborhoods in Southern California. You are so gracious to everyone and have such a calm spirit that is so much appreciated and so much needed in these times of anxiety. I would love to have your energy and I notice from your surroundings that this is a state that is cultivated and assisted with planning. My son loves Southern California and hopes to move there permanently in several years. If I had that office I am afraid I would never be able to leave the balcony.🍀 Be well.
