The footage was made in 2006 which was two year After Stephen hillenburg leave the crew although he Come back in 2015.

Why couldn’t they create a sea horse friend fro spongebob instead of a bad influence starfish who is dumb like the sea horse friend could be the opposite of Patrick smart makes good decision voice by Carlos alazraqui and never stalks or bothers anyone
