I think what people don't understand is that this is performance makeup. It has to be heavy because if not the lights and the white ice will wash out the face.

Shelby Dains yes I figure skate and I wear really over the top make up and it's just part of comps if not you look really white and shiny and pictures come out horrible 😂⛸♥️

A lot of ignorant people here in the comment section like wow! This is a performance makeup; its meant to be thick!! A lot of work happen in the makeup so that the lighting wouldn't wash up her face and people could easily see her expression and so that it will last all day. I once participated in an amateur school play and most of my "co-stars" (if you could call it that lol) thought of applying thin makeup because "thick makeup is too much" and they were judging me for applying thick makeup. After the play, I saw the pics taken by the official photographer and lol I was surrounded by empty faces hahahaha!! Their faces were washed out due to the lights!! Anyways I think she looks absolutely stunning 😍😍😍 Love the look darling keep it up!!!

Currently my makeup sweats off and then melts down since the air is hitting my face and I’m moving. I’m in between proper foundations for performance makeup right now. It has to be heavy, otherwise the cameras can’t pick up on your features and like I said. You sweat the whole face off.

Glamoratti412 it's called baking and helps to clean up the look and is a special technique makeup artist use to create a look.

what lipstick did you use??? oh and btw this is a MAKEUP channel so if you dont like it leave! makeup is beutiful i wish people who dont like makeup just leave i mean is hilarious how they take the time to watch the entire video then make ugly comments.. If you have NOTHING NICE. to say then dont be ignorant and stay quiet..

Yikes! I get that it's a photoshoot but it's still too much. Women in show biz have always had photo shoots but this over done make up is the new trend. I don't get it, all that work and to end up looking like every other girl with heavy makeup, they all have the same thick eyebrow, heavy smokey eye, and red lip, how boring! Makeup is supposed to enhance your beauty not make you look like you have a whole other face on. I don't know how long this trend is going to last but I don't think young girls realize when you do this much heavy make up ona daily basis it 1) makes you look so bad and sickly when you don't have as much on and 2) is not good for your face. I don't care what anyone says, all that tugging, and gluing, and caking on layers, and removing heavy makeup especially around your eyes is gonna age you poorly. I work with teenagers and the girls always want to know what I do to look like I'm in my early 20s when I'm in my 30s and I can honestly say is not doing all that crap to my face! No offense to this makeup artist but Gracie Gold does a much better job on her makeup herself, it's heavy but at least she manages to have the same color on her face and the rest of her body : /
