It's impossible now, not know why.
I can imagin fuse this technology with nuclear reactors. Imagin using protons on fertile material (Th-232, U-238), starting nuclear reaction AT WILL! No "start fuel" with is expensive (100 mln dollars PER ONE!)

If a photon has no mass, how can it carry energy if, if the mass is zero, the energy should not be zero as well, and if a neutrino does not have or has mass?

because photons still have momentum :) sorry for the hella late response lol. bc they are simultaneously waves and particles they can carry energy regardless of not having mass.
