Thank you for sharing so much of yourself with us! Public speaking is a phobia of so many, including myself, would love a vlog with advice. How do you prepare, how much do you practice, how can you be more natural or funny or engaging?!?

Before the pandemic I was working as a video technician for corporate events in Toronto. I don't know when or if I'll find my way back to that work (I do miss it a ton), but if I do get back to it someday, I hope to have a chance to see you speak live in person. I've been incredibly fortunate to have had the chance to actually be paid to listen to so many incredible speakers like you at these events.

hey @Spencer2TheWest , is the equipment that you have to do a virtual keynote from home stuff that you have purchased for yourself to do your speeches? I saw that you are no longer working for WE is that due to the company folding or you left to branch out your own personal business
