​@@shinjimirou928imma just leave this here. - craziest part of all this is the community managers on rurikhan stream confirmed that there are multiple locales with each of them being twice as big as the ancient forest another very detailed video by a KZreadr said the Japanese word the Devs keep using specifically means 4 to 5. similar to how english word "several" means more than 2 but less than many so basically we got like 10 full scale maps 😂 let's goo

I agree it may not have been the best way to do it, perhaps they believed interest by word of mouth would better suit them? Gaijinhunter did an elaborate consolidation of the Japanese media outlets and influencers/gamers if you need more to sort through.

Supposedly it was said in an interview you will be able to take quest at the hub normally like in past games

They've had no word on the hub so far, but I have my guess on how they will work. With this deeper emphasis towards just going out in the field as long as you feel like and doing as much as you want...I want to say that hubs will be almost like, a MonHun version of the Street Fighter 6 hubs, large room with a large number of players that can come and go to your instances of the world map in your chosen teams and stay out as long as you care to. Weather my guess is wrong or not I do hope there is a fully realized hub and the different holidays/festivals are back. Those were so fun and made me want to hunt out of the hubs even when playing solo.

the map is 3D now. alot of detail stated by the community managers. they show monster herds on the map. the hub is for snitthy and stuff most likely

I heard, don’t quote me on this, but I heard that the Palico does not I repeat DOES NOT overly talk to the player. It is only minimal for helpfulness and for advancing the dialogue in the story. I did some more research and as far as I can tell there is no monster Hunter language for the Palico, but it could be subject to change or a future feature that Capcom adds. I am going off of another person’s video that had the information about roughly how much the Palico will speak and that is from Dear Gamer’s video of 44 facts about Monster Hunter Wilds. If this is true then it won’t be too bad, I have heard way more shrill and annoying anime voices in the past anyways in my humble opinion. I apologize if any of what I tell you is different from the final product but I’d thought I’d relay that information since I know that the Palico is getting on some people’s nerves for this game.

It's really positive hearing these things from Max because I think he was a bit sceptical after the first trailer.

With no more load in/out missions, how would passive farming work now? Like is everything gonna become time base? So instead of doing like 5 quest to get a bunch of might seeds , are we gonna just wait around like an hour in real time? Are we gonna get a whole bunch of notifications when our herbs grown? It would be kinda fun/cute if we can see the Tail Raiders fighting in real time on the map tho.... Jump in and help them out would be fun.

@@purrodie Now thinking it about some more, How would Seamless Multiplayer work? SOS multiplayer where the hunter shows up and then leaves when the hunt is done make sense. But what about regular multiplayer? If its seamless then would it be like just expedition? But how would doing quests work? How would the farming work if the hub/town is also on the map as well? So many things that you don't really think about will have to change when you have no more loading screens.

Gaining Hunter and Good Vibes Gaming have great videos on the preview as well.

35:00 rise is usually really low (rn it's at 16K however) but WORLD at 1K? I don't know what you've seen but world rn is at 60K+ active, and in January and February world was peaking at almost 200K active players. This is all only on steam btw.

I think it's important to take the information with a grain of salt since they weren't allowed to take notes or ask questions, just watch the gameplay. 39:15 I mean you can just turn them off if you want, World and Rise let's you. Pretty sure it's just gonna be a main stay in the series going forward.

Its not a sequel to world i love max but hes never played the older games, mhwilds is a very much a sequel to mh4u

@@cheapthrills8963 ur just plain wrong dude lol there's so many characters, references and same monsters as mh4u we got another cabra dude, the smithy is little miss forge dude, she has the guild marms kutku plush, she has the caravaneer jacket, the guy who put u on a taste for the kid is either an elder caravaneer or elite lancers from 4U, the sand ships are back so possible mohran, the combat is closer to mh4u then rise and world it looks more simple. I could go on
