As a Liverpool fan I’m very excited to see bale back in the premier league, he’s been treated way to harsh in Real Madrid and it’s nice to see him appreciated again, also I’m interested to see how Sergio gets on as he is a pretty good player

Not a Tottenham fan but I'm really happy he is back in the EPL and most importantly back to the club where he made his name, it wouldn't have been fitting to see him wear any other jersey in the league. As a football fan I am happy to see him back even though he caused us heart ache in the UCL final 2 years ago. I hope he can set the league alight again and stay fit because I want to see a competitive season and not fighting it out with Man City for the last couple of years. So yeah, this is brilliant. I can only imagine how exciting this feels for Tottenham fans. EDIT: I also hope Bale goes to the Belgravia Centre or something to try and get his hair back because in his late years at Tottenham and early time at Real his hairstyle suited him. I didn't realise he had a man bun to cover up his bald patch until today. There's also some new break throughs in the hair loss industry I've heard about too like using stem cell fats or something he's got the money to do it. What a shame he has to bald from a young age, he is a handsome bloke (no homo).

Honestly, I don't know why people doubt him, he has proven time to time he is a world class player, he was always there when it came to finals, but I hope to see him play a lot more than what he did in his last 2 seasons with Real Madrid.

Most comfortable I've seen Bale look in 7 years, some players just need the love and support of a club, it's fans and owners and when they have that they are happy again. Happy players produce top performances, very interested to see how he gets on.

I am a new Tottenham fan and I feel so warm in my heat to see him come to a club where he will be appreciated. I cannot imagine how a longtime fan feels !!

As a Liverpool fan seeing such a high end player like bale come back to club that will give him game time and will get the best out of him it’s exciting for football and for the premier league ! So glad to see him back and hopefully they get him permanently as Madrid under appreciated him and should get him
