The story board made me laugh XD. And the layout is hilarious because the characters are just floating around do diffrent areas without move a limb at some parts of the animation XD

Storyboard looks not look funny Layout is funny

So I’ve wanted to get into this kind of stuff but I’m curious, how do you guys manage to get from stage 2 (layout) to stage 3 (the animation) so smoothly? When I animate I usually just animate everything as smooth as possible from the beginning to end because it seems like there’d be a lot of issues between stage 2 and 3 with lots of sliding of limbs and things not looking or feeling right. Going from character sliding on ground in a solid pose to have a non foot sliding run cycle and that kinda stuff
