Thank you for keeping rarity in collecting alive. So many people call something a unicorn or grail even though there are thousands or tens of thousands just like it.

Do you actually respond to customer service yet? I’ve tried years ago and I have another knife that has issues but figured why even try because last time I didn’t even get crickets to my messages.

Great video! It's true that the knife is man's oldest tool; you do a damn good job making them.

Actually, a stone was probably man’s first tool. Then eventually he used the stone to fashion a knife

Rick, I know this video is old and you may not see this but would you please consider building a knife like the XM-18 with the necessary tools to tear it down and service it captive in the decorative scale ? I am very impressed with my XM-18 and I use the crap out of it but I’m constantly having to hang it up and use my other cheaper knifes until I can get to the shop and tear it down and clean and reassemble it/adjust it. I completely understand I may be working it way too hard, and I do see the benefits of the stabilization of the lock bar in both my hinderer knives as well as my ZT knives (both of your design) but the tools required to service them being held in the scale would element the need to even carry a second or third knife when I’m in the field. Just a suggestion, I’m sure you have already contemplated this. But here’s to hoping 🍻

I think Chris Reeve dubbed the frame lock the 'integral lock'. (I think). You touched on collectable versions of your knives, is that why you stopped making the MP-1's? And please make some more Project X's Rick! Thanks for posting this!

Yes I think you are correct! I need to give Tim a call some time and get clarity on that..haha...but regardless..a big tip of the hat to Chris Reeves for the Integral Lock! And I will be going back to the MP1 sometime soon! And there definitely will be more Project X knives coming! Thanks...Rick

Hey, my friend. I want to be your international reseller, I run some brands like microtech extrema ratio lion steel. I also run some custom knives. I have sent some contact information on the official website, but have not received a response. Can you give me some help?

How do you justify $400+ for a folder with a frame lock. I don’t understand how anyone can say something is overbuilt when it has a huge failure. I wonder how many really use overpriced knives that have blades to thick, an lock to weak. Don’t see a hinder as a improvement more like a overpriced pocket jewelry. What is this a yeah me interview. So you put a young guy to pretend your doing stuff with young people. The whole frame lock is cheaper to make. That is why you use it. Can’t compete with a tri-ad
