It has truly been a rewarding experience collaborating with Evernote over these remarkable 12 years! I extend my gratitude-albeit with a mix of appreciation and reservation. Evernote, you've been keen on ushering in a new wave of customers with a fresh perspective on note-taking. It's a clever and innovative strategy. While it's a good idea, I can't help but wonder if, in the grand scheme of things, karma might have its say one day. I'm leaving Evernote

Is there an option to flag specific notes as “private” that will never be sent to external AI models? Even if they are filtered by the search term… ie certain details that I don’t accidentally want to send off platform? Also is the standard search still there? Using my own brain to filter info is sometimes preferred so I hope it’s not taken away!

It’s quite disappointing. For example when I write show me notes when often appears the word - X - it brings wrong results. And still you can’t sort notes based on location - so basic function 🤯

I have a problem and cannot find how to get resolution directly from Evernote: I work on a PC. My Evernote is usually in light mode with the notebook sidebar in dark mode. For the last week or so, my Evernote screen has been in total light mode. How do I get the Notebook Sidebar to display in the factory setting dark mode while leaving the desktop and note sidebar in light mode?

I’m having a great experience with the app. Yes there are some bugs but I’ve found support to be very responsive. I’m paying for personal because it’s worth it to me. I was away in other apps but when I came back I realized why I loved it in the first place. Good work BS keep it up. I know there is more to come.

First super simple privacy suggestion: allow to define a tag for marking notes NEVER to touch AI or be sent out to third parties.

how do I disable the AI features? I have been writing to Get Support but all I get is a shit copy paste message to watch the yt channel. really bad customer service

Your app has lots of bugs that need to be fixed before new features. Your support department is practically non existent. Long time user here.

Lots of luck to the new Evernote owners and team, but for me it is too little too late .... as a very long time premium user I've had enough. I'm out.
