George, I’m a big fan of your content and clothing, however I’ve had the worst experience I’ve ever had when dealing with Represent customer service. I had a parcel go missing from Royal Mail and I was asked to sign a DOR, which I did and then was told it may take up to 2 weeks for an investigation. It’s now been almost 4 weeks and I’ve sent about 10 chase emails and not had one single response, I’m just being completely ignored. I know you respect your customers massively after listening to your podcast, but I’m now £290 out of pocket and it essentially feels like Represent have stolen money from me. Please could you pass this onto your CS team, case number : 176513 Otherwise I have no choice but to seek legal action. Apologies for commenting on your KZread video, but I feel like I have nowhere else to go as I’m literally being ignored by your CS team.
