The girl in the pharmacy is a delusion he made up, there was no girl but he wanted to find blame in someone else for his crime. 3. When asked if Pamela is watching what would you like to say to her? He was so calm and collective, you would be mad as hell if it was the case that he indoctrinated into what he called Satanism.
