Includes realtime voice instruction as I'm creating the first one, and timelapse for the repeated tasks.
This video also serves as another installment to the Sleep to my Art series: it contains mellow voice with environmental art-making sounds. There's no loud talking, which makes it a great choice for trying to sleep, relax, or enjoy some ASMR (if that's the type you like).

Find salt locally in your grocery store; any variety of salt will work. I used table salt.
