Good vid J. Ever try a OneWheel? It helps with good shots too, especially parallax stuff.

Yup I have one but end up not using it very often. Heavy and bulky to always carry with me but theres times where its useful
You did a good job, Jeven. Even though many of the tips have been covered in your other videos, the repetition is great to help drill them into aspiring cinematic creators.

I always love seeing your final edits for how it all comes together and that was the perfect ending for this video too! All through this video I was adding the phrase, "Tell a story" and sure enough, you got it in there. That is the # one tip from you that has locked in! Really appreciate your videos, thank you.
I LOVE the third person narration 🤣
Another great video - thanks Jeven.
Great tips Jeven, and thanks for sharing.
Super helpful Jeven. Thank you!
Really useful tips! 😀I’m still at the beginning of gimbal journey and your videos help a lot! 👍🏻 Thanks 🙋🏻♂️

Awesome! In the process of filming a ton for the Core Training series. Uploading the videos as soon as they're finished
crazy good video man, this is gold for me that i m new and i want to learn.. i already bought dji rs3 mini and i m about to buy a nikonz7II with lens so i cna start shooting.. in the meantime i will study thank you for this video.
that was useful, interesting and insporing !
great video! through the comparisons and examples I was able to visualize things better and faster than through other videos, plus it's just fun to watch
Good inspiration to make a cool b roll from just a location
One thing I have learned from doing hiking videos is that we usually work in not ideal terrain. Even using a gimble is hard, and winter hiking and Cold Weather , is even harder. Try getting a smooth shot with movement when your post holing. Lol.
THANKS FOR HELPING US. YOUR CONTENTS REALLY HELPS US TO MAKE A BETTER VIDEOS. I'm a new content creator here in Phillippines I always wait for your content thank you very much May god bless you always
Great tips! Thanks :)

really like that
That’s one of my favorite pairs to shoot and hang The water is so clean there I have a few churches I help run their events for in that area and I always get some b roll down there
Good Bro..I like it
Jeven, I'm a big fan of your videos. I like to video outdoor videos like yours and wanted to ask what you would recommend as a beginner camera and gimble. Thank you.😀
*One thing I thought of when you where under the Pier was doing maybe a Zoom-in & out for that. Just thought that myself might try this myself*
Nice 👍👍👍
Nice and brilliant presentation
I appreciate and love your videos Jeven! Are you using an external mic to get natural audio much? Looks like in this video you only had your wireless mic for your speaking audio, and I'm guessing any of the natural audio was from stock footage, or just the camera's built-in mic?
what filter are you using dude? looks pretty cool
Cool
Thank you master for this creative look chapters... Big thanks from India (in Palakkad district, in Kerala state)🫂
Such a helpful video Jeven!! I am trying to decide to get the newest podzilla or the crane gimbal. Still deciding. Quik question...whats that ring on your lens? It's a lighter silverish ring around your lens. Is that a variable filter or a ring light or something?
Thx for the video... how about one for drones with different styles of flying 😊

we are passionate about the field and learners, thank you again for your efforts in producing these tutorials🙏👏
Jeven do you have any advice about how to go about getting a sequence of shots? Is it best to make a short list of shots before heading out?
Hello sir I am from India you are teaching is very well I was felt your fan ❤🎉😊
My dude, great tutorials! Seriously nice stuff. Thanks for taking the time to help people new to the gimbly bimblies. Wondering - at 6:32, how did you get that kind of "zooming in but changing perspective" vibe under the pier? Was that using something like a dynamic zoom in post to offset the motion that you were physically doing? Like, you were doing a push in but using dynamic zoom out in post? (Or I guess in this case it'd be the opposite? idk.) Anyway, thanks G, super helpful!
@Jeven Dovey Hi Jeven thank you for the very useful information video. I have some questions. I am going to LA area next month and looking for a nice pier for 60mn documentary video. Could you tell me where is this pier? (at 4:20) Is the waves too loud for the lav mic? Do you think is too humid to put the Sony A7C with 50mm f.1.2 on tripod for a couple hours? liked and subscribed your channel. big thanks
niceeeeeeeee
What lens do you use the most when filming?
perfect video. from what you share, there is the gimbal it's not meaning have good video. the most important things is idea, angle view, and technic using the gimbal. Thanks for your sharing. it's good for me. Good day.
Can we do same shot by iPhone??
If you only had a full frame Mirrorless camera, would your next purchase be a gimbal or an action camera with stabilization like the Insta360 x3?
I loved the content. One subject matter I cant seem to find coverage on is using a Gimbal for high speed subjects. Is it possible? I recently purchased the DJI RS3 mini for covering the Daytona Rolex 24 hour race. Sadly wasnt able to use the gimbal in the Pit space as just too many people... but I wondered if the gimbal is fast enough to smoothly capture cars at speed. I was abe to get a ton of video and photo content during the event, but I would love to hear more on that subject :)

Yeah you can use them for high speed objects. You would use the Sport mode thats available on DJI gimbals.
Hi There I am carrying zhiyun weebill gimbal creator pack but in menu button camera option is not available it's seeing only motor then wheel then joystick then calibrat then angel and last is about, can you please help me ? why camera option is not available, moreover if I am doing any mistake the please guide and correct me. Thanks
The one question I have is where can I find your "subscribe" clip?
Why does my RS3 seem have a mind of its own. When panning left or right it continues to follow that motion. Even when I hold the trigger down in in FPV mode with Custom mode enable and I have Pan Tilt and Follow all off.
Thank God.. 😌 it's only seven minutes 😂

Ok, this video is a tutorial and the surrounding situation doesn't really matter, you can explain anything in the situation you are in at the moment. It's not about this environment, but about the topic of the tutorial. I noticed the light situation: The sun is powerful, although behind the clouds that act like a diffuser. This gives strong, diffuse light that washes out all colors and makes the dynamic range of exposure between shadows and bright lights very difficult. There is little to be gained with LUTs and post-processing - if you want to stay close to reality. If the subject of this video was this location, would you have waited for a better lighting situation? Or would you have dug deep into your bag of tricks? You could brighten your face (or even objects) with a lamp, you could work with strong contrasts or even switch completely to black and white, or, or, or... There are many creative ways to make the best of a situation. What would you have done if you hadn't had to deliver this tutorial but a perfect vacation video: wait for better light (evening, next day, ...) or get "creative"? If you like to answer, you could also put your answer under the heading "BORING vs CREATIVE" because there are so many videos to be seen that are boring because of the light. (and many DESPITE the perfect light... 😏)
interesting 7.5mins.
