Beginner to Advanced Rocket League Ceiling Shot Tutorial. So I have wanted to revamp some of my old tutorials for a while and ceiling shots was one of the first ones where I felt I could really add some depth to the tutorial. I realised I had I know a lot more about ceiling shots than I did in previous tutorials and that I could get a whole lot of information in one video before and so I set out to make a really simple Ceiling Shot tutorial for beginner players, wth some advanced Ceiling Shot mechanics in there as well. I hope you enjoy and learn some beginner Ceiling Shot tips and a few of you learn some of the advanced Ceiling Shot tips. Either way, I hope this video can help you to improve your Ceiling Shots in rocket league no matter what rank you are, and if you are just a beginner, use these rocket league Ceiling Shot tips and take them forward into the next ranks to give yourself an easier time.

@@jacobn.3387 honestly id work on stuff like ceiling shots, air dribbles etc. but only for a small portion of your training time. SHooting, clears and mechanics are much more important at your stage. i didnt even air dribble until i was in champ because i thought my car control wasnt good enough. neglecting it hurt me in the long run, and since ive started training double taps, ceiling shots etc. my overall car control has sky rocketed

@@dylanhughes532 I learned them in Silver, in my opinion if you have enough car control that you can do one, it doesn't matter about the rank. Same with flip resets, and air dribbling. In low ranks I learned most of my advanced mehcanics, which is why I believe this. I learned flip resets and celing shots in silver, and air dribbling in bronze.

Absolutely love these videos. Keep up the great work my friend! Would love to see more videos like these!
Thank you thanovic I have watched your videos for 2 months now and I really recommend people to watch you, you have helped me improve and make me come out of my comfort zone thank you
I think you have mentioned previously about some people liking your tutorial videos. I must say they are right, you do have this way to describe in detail without making it seem like it is going on and on. Excellent work!
Saw one of your custom training packs. Glad to see it. Happy for you and all your efforts to help scrubs like me!!! Much love.
Your explaining is awesome man, along with the slowed examples to go with it is just what I needed. Thanks man, I’ll definitely be practicing.
Thank you for this video, never knew how to do them and never tried them but you provided a thorough explanation that evolved throughout the video. I felt that I got everything I needed to know about the shot for this video.
The tutorials really help me! I was a plat when I first watched you and I’m now a champ ty
Awesome video man, I love watching these advanced mechanics even though I'm no where near this level. You know what tutorial us beginners could use, one that show when to leave the ground when trying an aerial... I think I'm going to fast every time I try and the ball ends up flying over my head FML - Thanks for the great content man!
I really love these types of videos. I am on the road to being the oldest GC in Rocket league and these videos are crucial for me learning. Thanks so much, Peace!
Thanovic ... you either have the craziest SEO ever or you are just on your game .... every time I want to learn something new... your videos are always the first to show up.
Started at 12pm, played a normal day of rocket league ie. playing trios with friends, the tournaments and being in free play while waiting for them to eat or something, and I made my first shot at around 5:30. By 12am I could do them *almost* consistently. I’ve only been playing rocket league for 4 days, and I’m really excited to see what else I’ll be able to do. Thanks for the amazing tutorial!

Love your vids they are very helpful. I thank you for doing content for us in this difficult time
ive been trying to improve at ceiling shots for a while and I was always messing up the setup, but im now getting 7 or 8 out of 10 setups and scoring maybe half of them, when I previously would be happy with 2 or 3 good setups tysm
Took me about 2 or 3 hours to nail these! Not bad at all and now I'm hitting them consistently now

BRO!!! Im a silver 3 and ive been practicing ever since i started watching you 3 days ago. I use to suck at even getting in the air, but then i actually did an aerial off the wall, it was basic but i actually drove the ball up the wall and shot it into the goal. Thank so much for your help

Keep it up dude. I started not too long ago and was struggling with wall shots. I did wall shot training packs, then eventually started trying wall to air dribble (when I first started, I could not air dribble at all) and after figuring out how to air dribble reasonably, I moved to ceiling shot training pack and finally hit a solid ceiling shot last night

Yo your editing techniques are insane
Hey, thanks thanovic, you helped me learn alot.
Really glad you did this video! The 100hrs one left me wanting so much more, so I'm glad to see this. A cool follow-up video would be integrating air-roll left with the ceiling shot. For example, is that a reverse tornado spin to land on the ceiling, or just regular spinning? When are you using a normal tornado spin vs a reverse one, etc? How much up and down motion with your thumbstick is integrated in these spins?
thank u man i'v been truying to doo a sealing shot for 2 years and i finally did it
damn it! I saw your other vids and was like "you know what imma try to be as good as this guy" and then proceeded to find shots I found cool but easiest and low and behold it was ceiling shots. I eventually hit a few decent ones by analyzing what you did and I thought wow. still learning and I'm sure this will still help keep up good vids. I'm gonna try go back to practicing.
I really like this content my dude
Love the videos man
Started this game a month ago and now I'm getting progress on air dribbles and ceiling shots thanks yo
Such a great video type for a gold like me :D its like celling shots and beyond Great and so high quality video as usuall, thank you very muc
Once I started trying these it was easier than I expected. Now working on double taps from it🤘
I learned the shots myself trough a lot of try’s but need to be more consistent so I’m watching for that
You helped so much, I didn't understand how I couldn't jump after I'm in the air but u just completely explained it
Thanks for the tutorial

Hey Thano. I've been watching your vids since the beginning and have really enjoyed seeing you improve and seeing your subs crank up. Great work! I have a question and a suggestion. Q - how many hrs have you put into RL so far? S - Have you thought about doing any 2s or 3s game-sense vids? You have a lot of great mechanics tutorial vids, and I see that you main 1s quite a lot, but I have a lot of time for your methodical explanation approach, so would be keen to see some team decision-making/strategy style vids. Just a thought for you buddy. Thanks again for all of your great content.

I will say only one thing about your videos....when i watch em,i start trainning the thing ur video is talking about

YOOO In like half an hour i hit a musty flick ceiling shot (im plat 3); even if the ball bounced and the entered the net it was still technically one. Thank you man ur great
I’ve only been playing for five months, and I’m still only platinum, and yet after this I hit a jump from wall to ceiling perfectly, and got a ceiling shot after 2 hours of practice. This was a great tutorial, hopefully I’ll be hitting ceiling Mustys soon thanks to this.
