Could you please make a video about how you manage clients' paperwork? i.e. how/where you store their invoices/receipts/statements/etc.? Also, how do you manage your tasks for each client? Are you using a CRM? QBO? other? Have you automated any of the tasks? if so how? I just started my own bookkeeping business after working in a CPA firm for years. Although I understand accounting very well, I am currently looking to gain as much experience to streamline the bookkeeping process and make it as efficient as possible. Thank you so much!!

Thank you for sharing this video. What you said in the video, sounds interesting. I probably will try it if this will help me to get more clients for my Bookkeeping and Accounting business. I would like to know if advertising my business will help me to get more clients. That's what I am doing now; and hopefully, someone will respond to my advertisement. So far, I still don't have to many clients; but, I am willing to do whatsoever it will take for me to get more clients for my business. Continue to do what you are doing in making these videos. Hi! Right now I'm using NewZenler, it's kinda new, so I got a promo price (I now have an assistant who is in there the most for me). I like it pretty well--I'm not too familiar with all the programs, but anecdotally, I hear the most about Constant Contact. Hope that helps!

Can you create a video on how you hire and supervise bookkeepers you hire? I would like to know what aspects of the job you hand off and how you ensure that they have completed it correctly

Yeah, I think that could work! I typically think of a free consult further down the line in "getting to know you." Like, it may be too much of a commitment for some people at first (they might not be ready). But, you bring up a good point, that if anyone wants to skip the "intro" steps (lead magnet, etc) they should have a way to get right to booking a call with you. They should be able to buy/sign up any time.
