you could use two so they alternately attract and repel. Doing it with one would be a bit of a mare.

Carl, I’m a retired electrical engineer who went into technical sales right out of college, and even sold pcbs about 25 years ago between other better jobs that actually required an engineer. I love watching your videos and your “drive” to discover new knowledge. I was wondering what country you are in? Best regards and stay safe.

Hey Carl, LPI (liquid photo image) or DLP (direct legend printing) silkscreen would probably provide better resolution and quality. It is more expensive, however, and I’m not sure if PCBway has that capability or not.

Flex PCBs change the impedance line? Lets say I want to create a BLE device and use a Ceramic Chip Antenna. Can I use a flex pcb for that and connect the Antenna output from MCU to the impedance matching network and then to the ceramic chip antenna and this will work when bending the flex pcb board around the 3d package? Also, can I weld components in both sides of the Flex PCB?

what would you think about a foldable motherboard for a computer... i want the PCIE slot for the GPU separated from the CPU by a fold. debating if the Ram should be on the same section as the CU or the GPU or even on a third divide... i want the motherboard folded around an aluminum heatsink and maybe even the cable management with a large amount of airflow through the center of it. any thoughts?

Motherboards are very complex circuits with lots of constrains. It has many layers with different porwer requirements, shielding from EMF, limitations of parallel lines having same lenght with different paths and complex connectors. I would not say that it is impossible, but you'll have to be an amazing designer or have an amazing designer working for you. Other then that, you will spend a lot of money and time in development until having the product. Good luck with your idea.

Sharp corners let the electrons fall out. Well, that is for high frequency circuits, but it is a good idea for keeping segments from becoming antennae for all the noise in the environment when you haven't shielded the circuit. Solder to flex with low temp paste and use a controlled temp hot air blower to flow the solder and for if you need to de-solder.

Bugeja, I suggest you to explore intelligent PCBs: several regions with electromagnetic coil actuators and several hinges to induce FOLDING and stabilise a dynamic origami structure. Do it now, or else we will be reading about it in a couple years because some MIT engineers. If someone has to do it, I prefer you to be the one. I could design some structures if you want
