What can u seal this with
Where do you get the lions, mermaids, etc?
That's amazing! I have a horse head statue that I'm going to try this, but my question is can I put gold flack on it after I use the patina or should I put it on before?

You can add after. Just seal it first. 😊

But, you can also add before. Depends on your look. Or even do before and after for a beautiful layered look!!! ❤❤❤
What colors make what colors?
Can you send a picture of your patina board???
Also, what is in the Mister bottle is it considered water or is it another type of patina? I know you have a patina spray you’re using but I’m not sure what’s in this Misty bottle you’re talking about

I put it in a mister bottle, similar to what a hair dresser uses, it puts off a mist of water instead of a spray.
I thought you had to have two coats before you could use the patina. So with the iron and copper be considered two coats I did not know you can mix them.

Yes, you can mix the paints. i love to mix them for a more authentic look.
Can i get a picture of your board?
Can you use patina on furniture that has already been waxed? I have a cabinet that I just finished and I would love to use this in places.

Yes if it’s DB wax because that’s water based!

@@PickinBootsVintage Thank you so much for answering so quickly! This is just what a couple of my pieces need to complete the look I was going for. I used Pine Cone textured with sea spray to glob in places I wanted to look like rust and it worked to a point but I couldn't get that runny look that is needed also. I am so excited. Now to figure out the color combos I need. If the hinges are globbed with sea spray and dixie belle paint and sealed with wax should I still use the iron guard primer stuff so they don't actually rust or is that just for outside?

P.S. Could you send me a picture of your chart. I have a feeling I'm going to need it! Nothing will be safe around here!!
Could I get a pic of your board
I thought you needed two coats of paint? The lion you only show one. Also can I get a pic of your board? Thank you

You do. You must’ve skipped over the part where I said I already put one coat on. If you notice it was already painted that the iron, dark gray.
