Thank you for making an actual beginner workout. A lot of fitness videos for “beginners” out there are so discouraging because they’re impossible for someone to actually get through who is new to exercise.
I started with her overweight workout for beginners and now I'm doing this workout and do finishing it.. down 25lbs and I feel so much stronger
Wow Joanna, whoever said that a low impact exercise routine is not “sweaty” enough has obviously not watched you in action yet. I’m dripping sweat like crazy and as you always say, our fats are in tears. I don’t feel guilty for making them cry! 😂😂😂😂

I initially was going to completed this video on cardio days within another low impact workout schedule. Boy howdy does this workout sneak up on you! Thank you so much! Your low impact / Beginner Videos are so good and needed! Still have to skip the parts that include kneeing on the mat but exchange with excersice on gym ball - so I guess this video will be my motivation in the next time for the daily training at home :D

Omg Joanna you have saved my life! It is winter rainy season here so I can't do cardio outside. I have been doing plyometrics and kickboxing indoors and it is killing my knees and hips. This workout is so much better and long enough to make me feel like I worked out. Thank you thank you thank you 🤣

My metabolism is dead and I started to gain 12 lbs in a month. Just started these sets and it’s really great for me as a beginner. Love the routines you set up. Tried other workout videos but I prefer your set of routines.

I enjoyed doing this workout and plan to do it again in the future. I have to modify it because it actually is tough on my arthritic knees. For me, it's not gentle on my knees, especially the knee push-ups and deep knee bends. I substituted other moves.
Love it second part i was burn but i have 3 c section last one 2and half years so i didn't do the third part taking light

To be completely honest, I could only do 2 rounds right now. If I didn't listen to my body, I would've passed out haha. But I will make sure to finish the whole 3 rounds in the future in my own pace. Thank you for curating this workout routine Joanna :)

I love you Johanna from India. I am 54 year old gynecologist.since 3 years I am doing various work out from your video.but recently I suffered from viral arthritis.All my joints were painful I was unable to do any strength training . I hope with help of this work out I will regain my fitness. I can't do pushups planks sunsalutatios as my both wrist are still painful
I'm doing this workout along with another one of only 20 min for overweight people and I'm doing this one on Monday/Wednesday/Friday and the other one on Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday with Sunday been free I started 5 days ago after a month I hope to see some results I will try not to weight myself until then my starting weight is 180lb

Hi Joanna! Guess what people do when on a lockdown :) I finally started to put into action my resolution to workout again. But it has been too long since I worked out last time (June 2015, then few episodes in January last year...). This workout seemed appropriate in my current situation. I was able to do only 2 sets and stretching so about 30 minutes but I consider it a good start. I'm happy to be seeing you more often (seriously ;) ). Working out wearing your active wear :)

After 1 month of exercising 5-6 days/ week I was able to complete all 3 sets. I am so happy to see the progress!!!
