You will need: 1x kettlebell // (I am using) 20kg kettlebell
HIIT STYLE
40SEC WORK
30SEC REST
- DEADLIFT
- SWING
- GOBLET SQUAT
- ALTERNATE ROW
- FARMERS CARRY R
