Beginner Drummers Workout Video

This is a video for all beginner drummers to play along to. It is you’re basic exercises that you should all have been through by now.
1. Mummy Daddy’s (doubles)
2. Paradiddles
3. Single Strokes
4. Fours
We play each exercise slowly then gradually speed them up until you feel a burn on your forearms. Keep up and work hard as it is a workout after all. These exercises if played daily will MASSIVELY improve your strength and control of the sticks.
