Bentley, still pondering on becoming a Dasher. Would strictly be a PT job,possibly not every day. Is DoorDash ok with people like me? Don’t want to start and they shut me down because I’m not online daily. Love that you’re in CLT (me too). No worries, not in your 🔥spot. 😉

I dash in a small area where my zone is the one for 50 miles, so driver saturation is a real issue. These tips help, and as supplemental income, your tips have helped me maximize $$$. Also, when it’s dead, it’s dead, know when to cut your losses. I don’t have perfect rating, but 4.81 because I have followed a lot of these strategies

What are some ways I can find out when the priority scheduling times are in my area?

So I busted my ass in 2 weeks to get to 200 deliveries so I can stay a top dasher and today my very last order and only taco bell order to a shady live-in hotel. The guy marked I never delivered. I even took the picture of the food in front of his door. What do I do now to prove he's lying?

I've had orders like that. But I screenshot every delivery including the photo. I just submit a email and usually it goes away

@feleciamcrae well it was my last order amd I remember the room number and they Persons name and I wrote it in the dispute but I didn't have any pictures saved, just the one I posted before hitting complete delivery. I was thinking of going to the hotel and asking if they have cameras but I doubt it cause it's where people go to ger drugs

This video helped me. It reiterated I've done all I can on DD and determine it's become trash. Good luck to everyone out there, I just could not make it work after 1)DD lowering the base pay, and 2)customers deciding we don't deserve tips

Location location location. That’s the only downside to a job like this, just requires experience, I have zones that will take 6+ hours to make $100 and zones where I make that same amount in 4 hours or less guaranteed. You kinda just have to find what works in your area, I’m in SoCal and almost everywhere around me is always busy, I go for $100 per day (2800 a month) and can hit that in 3-6 hours depending on orders. It’s never taken me more than 7 hours to make $100

@@oVividz I just did my first dash today and I find my area to be like that as well. I made forty-five dollars in just three hours, and I know I can do more. I'm only worried about when my first fifty deliveries are up, I'll have to adjust to a harder market.

The Doordash app is over saturated with drivers in all markets large and small save time and don't even bother applying

If you get a top Dasher, Is it worth it to dash by the hour and restart your dash? Can you do that?

Does scheduling really change anything? I did 300 the other day and I don’t do scheduling

Can you change the name you use to dash?

I just became a DoorDasher today. Do I keep all my gas receipts and mail all those receipts at tax season or do I just add them all up but keep the receipts just in case?

Bentley do you have any opinions about swapping starting zone too often, and if using pause too often can be detrimental?

Hello… I am not Bentley obviously. But I do want to offer some feedback in terms of zone swapping. It is not an issue with Doordash. So essentially the way I do it and I have seen many others do as well is if I get an order in my original zone aka the area I always start in and, the drop off is going to take me into another zone if that is a zone where I can immediately start making money or I should say continue making money then absolutely I’m going to switch to that zone after I drop off. Doordash doesn’t care as long as your order is delivered in a timely matter and, you keep doing timely and efficient deliveries or shop and pays whatever it is you’re doing… You can change zones as much as you want. If I get to the drop off area or I should say new zone and I switch to that zone but nothing is happening after 10-15 minutes then I’m going to actually switch back to my original zone and, “Dash along the way.”

I swap zones all the time unless I know the zone I'm in is offering a promo pay i'll go back other then that you want to keep your empty mile to a minimum so swap swap swap

Pretty helpful and informative! I have been dashing for about a year, and definitely agree about having a blacklist. I definitely avoid McDonald's and Taco Bell after they shut down the main restaurant on weekend nights and go to drive through only... Save an extra hour half hour...

I’m a member. I’m finding that they keep getting me farther away from where I start so that at the end of my dash I’m really far from my home. How do I fix this?

Where you dash,, North Carolina,, here in New Jersey is hard to make money cuz the government issue driver license to all undocumented people,, another words if you come to New Jersey illegally the government doesn't care they'll give you a driver's license,, and now with so many people doing doordash and uber and they take everything, for example they take a run 10 miles for 4 dollars in 5 dollars,,i ask a new driver from Europe where you going with that dash and he told me 10 miles 6 dollars,,i told thats no good man and i talk to a latino and same thing,, so the business here for doordash is good here in New Jersey but for the driver no good,, ignore more peak hours only with heavy rains and snow storms that's the only time they have the peak hours,,,, how's doordash in North Carolina anybody,,🤔

I swear this guy is a Doordash plant purposefully giving out advice that benefits Doordash, not drivers.

Bruh. I've not clicked on bentley for at least a year. Going through his "current" releases I'm not seeing anything that suggests he's promoting dd bs schemes

All BS. I have platinum status my wife only part time so she dies not but she gets more big pay orders then me and makes as much as me on half the time in the same area at the same restaurants. I start between 11am and noon she starts between 4 and 5pm we both work till 9pm so explain that

You trying too hard with AR. teir program just came to my market. I'm platinum because I took bs for a week. It didn't pay off. I'm going back to 3 apps and cherry picking. Dd been running my car into the ground by offering high paying orders I'm still not getting with consistency. Dd is the scam and you're doing it wrong.

You aren't being truthful and if you are you've got issues. What do you want someone ro tell you? If you're making no more money than someone driving 50% less you're insane for not rethinking your strategy. In my experience I'd crush your wife's earnings but I'd also be blowing my miles per dollar out of the water. Notice my first reply referenced that and you never did.

@@MrMancreatedgod I totally agree it’s almost impossible for consistency but I do understand what he’s going through. There’s been days I’ve made $100 in 4 hours and other times I stayed out for 11 hours and only made $97.00 it’s getting ridiculous

Remember if a dasher who has time to edit, click bait. Takes hours and hours. Chances are hes not making money off just dash. Use common sense. Add up gas. Add up your auto repairs. It dosent pay off unless you Work for doordash and lie about it . Id love to see his bank records

The most garbage comment possible. Just say it's not working for you. This video didn't take hours and hours to edit. It's a talking head one shot with a few cuts and a few image overlays. If DoorDash occupies every hour of your day, you're doing it wrong. I hit my $200 goal between 8am and 2pm. If I DECIDE to go out in the evening, it's a perk. Top Dasher, yes. Large Order Program, yes. High Priority, of course. WHO said DoorDash was all he does? Who only has one stream of income nowadays? I have multiple. You're broke if you do. He's not on here making income claims. He's here offering tips and tricks to help you get the most out of DoorDash. I'd love to see YOUR bank records.
