Thank you! Lucile Ball was obsessed with this game. I played this when I was young but never took it up since no one around me ever ever played it. I down loaded a game app and I’m starting to play it and love it. So glad you made these simplified but serious tutorials. Thank you!

Your tutorial's are very easy to follow (Watched all of them). You taught great with clear, easy instructions. Your strategy advice was great too. I recently took an interest to broaden myself with classic challenging games. Thanks to your tutorials I'm now enjoying playing on my iPhone. Great Job!!!!

Literally paused it at 4:49 to write this review... I thought you were so wrong by saying all the other tutorials were terrible, but after starting this video, I would echo everything you said. You explain everything in such a digestible way. Truly a great tutorial and I will now point all of my friends to this video to learn as well! I appreciate the video. Beyond helpful. Cheers!

This was absolutely awesome teaching. You rekindled my live the game I learned 40 years ago and haven't played in 35yrs. I found the other tutorials on the subject confusing and lacking so much information. Thank you for a job well done.

Thank you for your tutorials on how to play Backgammon. I’ve always been curious about this game. My mom told me she was just as curious recently so I got her Backgammon for her birthday and we have been trying to figure it out. We found a few videos on backgammon but can’t say they helped us that much until we stumbled upon your tutorials. You explain it all very well and it’s so helpful. My mom also thanks you. Now we can enjoy playing Backgammon.

Thank you for being the guy who explains the terminology before diving into the rules. Very annoying when someone doesn't do that. It made learning several games from others harder, and whenever I need to make a functional or technical analysis I make sure to start it off with a glossary.

My mum used to play with a friend of hers and she tried to teach me numerous times but I just didn't get it so I gave up trying to learn. However, I thought I'd try to learn again. My mum passed away so I looked to youtube for help and the first video I saw was titled something along the lines of "easiest backgammon tutorial".... I opened that video and 2 minutes in I was like WTF?! Then I went back to look for another and found this one. It's easy to follow what you are teaching and I am yet to watch the 2nd video but I can tell already that I'll be playing backgammon a lot sooner than I thought. Thank you so much for this tutorial!!!! It has helped me big time :)

This is a little wordy at the beginning, I think, but the explanation is well-paced and clear ... and therefore effective. Thanks! I'll now go on to stage two - How to Move the Checkers. 🙂

In arabic countries like my country lebanon, we play 3 types of backgammon: -Franjiyeh: its the one ur explaining -Mahbouseh: its similar to Franjiyeh, except there are no captures, once u land on a piece u stay on it and not let it move until u move out of the way -31: u need to make bridges of one pieces to be able to escort all ur pieces to the other side of the board. I dont know if u do know these games!
