Great video again Ross, I believe that if Hotels on the Island lowered their prices and make in per room per night instead of per person per room per night more people would come back to the island.

Definitely quieter in the visitors marina than it used to be, the boats were 3 and 4 deep not that long ago. At this point in august with great weather it would be rammed with yachts.

Never heard about Guernsey prior to coming across your videos today. It's such a beautiful place, I'm looking into how to relocate there.

I can remember when there weren't any railings along the Careening Hard. Yes quite busy but not as busy as way back in the 50s - not so many cars and people walked everywhere. Great walk along Ross thank you.

Just found your channel. Thinking of visiting next summer. I found where you were walking on a map so that helped. My husband is interested in the history but we both geocache so we'd be doing that as well. I'll be looking at more of your videos. Looks wonderful.

If only they charged by per room not per person, even children being charged full wack is putting folk off, even more so when kids are a afterthought by hotels
