Nobody in the real world even care about what things like sexual abuse does to us. It is almost nothing for them. I guess our own well being is in our own hands. And we are meant to break the cycle of abuse.

I was emotionally and phycologically abused for years, bullied and then I was sexually abused by a person that I trusted. I was in awful relationships, friends family colleagues and partners, some narsissistic ones. I tried my best every day, even though sometimes I wanted to just hide under the bed and never get out. It took a great deal to understand that everything happens for a reason here on earth, and then it took great strength from my part, that actually no one understood, to train my mind again to don't fear, to believe in the light, to open my heart again and learn again to trust others and give openly and wholeheartedly. I love that you say what is your pile. Grateful that you are saying all these things. I really think that my negative mother experienced a much huger sexual abuse than I did, making my challenges look like child's play. People talk about kidnappers something or other where the person "befriends" the kidnapper in order to survive. When I put 2 and 2 together about what I know of my mother's family, I have much compassion for her survival. From my calculations, it started in my Grandmother's childhood, and I already sent my grandmother off into a new and cleared existence when she passed in 2010. My mother was a fierce defender of forgiveness to my grandfather ...as though things were in the past when in hindsight clearly they were not. But without acceptance of what's so and moving thru it we would still be subject to that energy and it would just keep going round and round. We have to envision outcomes, and create them, moment to moment, being consistentover time and cycles. Holding in mind vivid mental movies of how tjings play out --the outcomes we de SIRE (father) and be the nurturing (moth er: how close can we get to the flame but not be burned) to and for our selves. Some of us find twin flame energy for a time in anothe being. Others though fewer by a lit are able to tap Source sufficiently that we can be both in and of ourselves. Consciousness looking inside and working with our deVine teams because we are powerful and have to learn what that all means and how to use that for good. I also am glad for all of us who choose this work and add no additional births to this mix. Zero offense ntended. In the end light drives out darkness. To stop the drama disenga. Then vividly visualuze what is yum for me innplace of what was yuck foFOR ME. r me with yum for me. I focus on the outcomes I deSIRE. .
